We will schedule a check-up at a time that suits you. NHS Band 1: £26.80 (free for under 18s and qualifying patients).

Your NHS number (if you have it), photo ID, and any exemption certificates. Complete a short medical history form.

Your first visit
A thorough check-up with X-rays if needed. We explain our findings and give you a written treatment plan with costs.
