What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect: first name, last name, phone number, email address, your city, and any notes you provide. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and anonymous analytics via Vercel Analytics and (if enabled) Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.

Why we collect it

Your enquiry is forwarded to up to three CQC-registered partner clinics in the city you selected, so they can send you a quote. Lawful basis: consent (you tick a box before submitting).

Who we share it with

Only the partner clinics listed for your selected city, each of which has signed a data processing agreement with us. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@implantguideuk.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for 24 months, then delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google/Vercel defaults (14 months for GA4).
